Delicious, yummy strawberry dessert!
1 – 8 oz cream cheese
1/4-1/3 cup sugar
1 – 8 oz extra creamy cool whip
1 graham cracker crumb crust (directions on box)
2 cups sliced strawberries (allowed to sit to get a little juicy)
Crust – 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, 5 Tbls butter melted – mix together and press into 9×9 inch pan. Chill in freezer 5-10 minutes before filling
Beat softened cream cheese until creamy; add sugar and beat until well blended. On low speed, mix in 2 cups sliced strawberries. Fold in 1- 8 oz container extra creamy cool whip. Pour mixutre into pan on top of crust.
Freeze until set; about 1 hour. Store in refrigerator.
